Three decades of empowering tiny, small and medium enterprises in Thoothukudi district — built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.
THUDITSSIA — Thoothukudi District Tiny and Small Scale Industries Association — was established on 15th November 1991 with a singular vision: to nurture and protect the interests of tiny, small and medium enterprises across Thoothukudi district.
Founded by a passionate group of entrepreneurs led by President Mr. K. Kathiresan and Secretary Mr. P. Chinnadurai, the association has grown from a small collective into the premier apex body representing over 400 MSMEs in the district.
Registered under Registration No. 91, THUDITSSIA has consistently worked to bridge the gap between government policy and ground-level implementation, ensuring that the smallest manufacturers have a strong collective voice in corridors of power.
Over three decades, we have hosted industrial exhibitions, secured credit access for members, conducted skill development programmes, and formed strategic alliances with national-level institutions — all in service of the entrepreneurs who form the backbone of Thoothukudi's economy.
